I’ve been avoiding heaven all because hell is familiar

Got so used to loosing didn’t know that I’d won

Thought my life was over when it really’d just begun

If you never try you never know you could

You’d never get to find out all things work out for your good

You’ve been avoiding heaven all because hell is familiar

You don’t realize the light until you sit in the dark

Can’t appreciate what’s near until you travel far

You learn it was cold when you experienced hot

You know what Is only because you know what is not

You will learn to love pain when you find it’s the same as pleasure

Your lowest point in life is where you find life’s treasures

You can spend 12 years in school and never be close to smart

Cause you live from logic and not from your intuitive heart

If your world is messed up, its your own fault
